**MARKETING MANAGER (Tourist Business)
- Approaching potential new partners of the company to promote brand awareness. - Developing excellent long-term partnerships to maximize business growth potential.� - Managing a marketing team. - Overseeing the direction of company marketing activities. - Implementing above-the-line and below-the-line marketing strategies such as advertising, exhibitions or booth activities to achieve sales goals and targets. - Dealing with overseas suppliers such as hotels and restaurants. - Analyzing a CRM database, maintaining relationships with existing customers to present the company’s products.

Market Planning Section Manager
• Develops MDSP (Market Development Strategic Plan) as a bible for business development and solidifies key strategies to penetrate or expand YUM business in Thailand. • Identify new development opportunities (i.e. transport, hospital, school, university, leisure etc.) for new penetration from various research/ data mining or observation to solidify the market development strategy. • Provide technical support and learning to leverage development excellence by update key indicating tools/ researches to build know-how and arrive at forecasting or analyzing the data for TZ selection which leads to new unit opening or relocation or closure. • Analyze and assist Real Estate Manager in development portfolio mix and pipeline analysis to be in line with the 3-year plan and annual operation plan. • Develop and deliver brand building roadmap in tourist trade area to fulfill brand visions as well as surveys market potentiality for brand building expansion and following up with project developer and agents to make them happen. • Manages and compiling information on competitor’s movement, current market situation, and market potentiality of “Quick Service Restaurant” & “Table Service Restaurant” Industry. • Analyze development capital management including pre- and post- investment appraisals and quick-run of feasibility study on opening of new unit, IE of existing unit, and new concepts or channels for future expansion. • Deliver, analyze and support all information for monthly BD Committee Meeting and the Development Review on semi-annually. • Constantly update new unit tracking and FITS, and assist Real Estate Development Manager in a development conference with Dallas team on monthly basis. • Work as BD information center to support and standardize development manual, tools, process, audits and training to meet global standard of YRI. • Conduct RTZ training for all RGMs and First Assistant through Module 30 training course. • Provide service and support for franchisee and coordinates with other departments to get information needed for creating and updating franchise package. • Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
