Responsible for managing overall fresh meat product
performances, advises and supports the commercial function
on product standard, franchise system, but not limited to
providing expertise to retail and whole sale area
Coaches, trains and supports retail operation teams to improve
the necessary skills and knowledge to excellent levels of
efficiency in quality and standards ultimately the plan targets.
Coordinates with related internal/external business units

1. Age between 32-38 years
2. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Food Science or related fields
3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience with a solid fresh meat background, preferably in retail business, fresh food or butcher shop
4. Skill in the complete operation process of fresh meat and setup to franchises system
5. Proficiency in planning, organizing and coaching
6. Computer skilled especially in Ms. Office (Words, Excel and
