- Collaborate with executive teams to formulate operational plan
- Plan, control, oversee and follow up production process with optimum accountability
and target fulfillment
- Follow-up, review, and evaluate subordinates operational performances
- Enforce organizations strategies to reach its setting goal
- Coordinate with both internal and external teams for organizations success

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male, age below 40 years
2. Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical
3. Must have at least 3 5 years experience in Production Industry, preferably with experience in a management /executive role
4. Strong teamwork and positive attitude will be mandatory to fit in our organization
5. Hard working and able to work under pressure
6. Good command of both spoken and written English
