- Accountable for the sales and of company's product
- Prepare sales plans and oversee implementation of promotional programs,
including sales strategies and action plans
- Responsible for the continuous advancement of the Sale Representatives through regular
performance review, reports and proper coaching and training
- Responsible for planning and implementing activities to achieve agreed sales and profit objective
- Monitor closely on market activities and sales performance

1. Male/Female, age 30-40 years
2. BA or higher in Marketing Management and Sales Management
3. Minimum 5 years experience as Manager either in the area of sales or marketing
4. Be able to establish teamwork environment
5. Process leadership characteristics as well as positive business mind
6. Possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills
7. Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills
