คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's or Masters Degree in HRM or Business Administration
2. 3-5 years experience in HR in manufacturing environment; Compensation & Benefits, Salary Survey and Salary Structure
3. 2 years in managerial management level
4. Knowledge of manufacturing compensation structure
5. Detail-oriented with good analytical skill
6. Good leadership and problem solving skills
7. Good command in English & computer skill
