รายละเอียดงาน
· Plan and organize Training and development activity

· Assist HROD section manager in implement and ensure execution of Organizational Development Interventions

· Design and prepare Learning/ activities media

· Organizing activities to reinforce ABR and HWWT2 mentalities

· Perform the role of LMS administration

· Training needs analysis and deliver training and development interventions accordingly

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Master Degree - Major in Human Resources Development
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling HR development activities and having knowledge of modern HR management, HR development and Organizational functions
3. Experience in E Learning and/or designing learning and development activities/media
4. High Level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
5. Great time management and planning skills, and reliable
6. Mature, service mind, with positive attitude
7. Independent judgment and systematic thinking with creativity
8. Able to manage LMS
9. Excellence command of English: written and Oral
10. Coaching and Training Skills
