| รายละเอียดงาน Liaison with relevant authorities and/or building management to obtain implementation permit Prepare investment budget Coordinate with Design Department and Restaurant Excellence Department to ensure the design will be delivered accordingly to the agreed timeline, concept, and budget provided Verify to approve drawings prepared by designer Procure service from suppliers through tender selection process Prepare contract for the Companys authorized personnel and suppliers signatures Attend site inspection periodically to follow-up the progress and to solve problems concerned Verify payment and invoice of supplier, including variation order, to ensure its correctness and completeness Approve job finish delivered by supplier Handover job to Operations Conduct project closing and close gap derived from learning |
