CAD Executive (Contract)

รายละเอียดงาน
Pre-Construction Phase

· Works closely with the Design and M&E Section Managers to come up with the best design of KFC and Pizza Hut.

· Creates new drawings of moderate to high complexity for both KFC & Pizza Hut remodel and new built units.

· Demonstrates ability to make decisions on design parameters based on expertise with minimal supervision.

Construction Phase

· Supports the troubleshooting of problems with CAD layouts and recommends design modifications for implementation.

· Performs regular computer software and AutoCAD maintenance, upgrading and troubleshooting.

PostConstruction Phase

· Completes other CAD assignments as directed by the Design and M&E Section Managers.

· Updates and maintains final CAD drawings.

Others

· Update drafting and engineering standards for YRI Thailand.

· Responsible for setting up and maintaining an organized file system for CAD drawings.

· Attends Design Meeting chaired by the Design Manager to report and discuss design development issues.

· Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai national.
2. Bachelor Degree in the field of Architectural, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or other related fields.
3. 5-8 years experience in CAD especially in restaurant planning.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Max, and Sketch Up is a plus.
5. Critical thinking skills necessary with the ability to plan ahead and conceptualize.
6. Excellent math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
7. Fair command both written and spoken English.
8. Good interpersonal, communication as well as presentation skills.
9. PC literate
10. Able to use Microsoft Office.
