Senior CRM section Manager

รายละเอียดงาน
· Responsible for developing and executing online and offline CRM strategies for Pizza Hut.

· Quickly assess a current situation, identify critical resource needs (infrastructure and program needs) and recommend long-term and short-term CRM strategies. In addition, develop a quick-win CRM program to establish credibility within the organization to demonstrate volume impact via CRM.

· Establish and lead a cross-functional CRM task force team.

· Implement analysis of online /offline customer data for critical insights that can be leveraged for online & BTL actions (Direct mail/e-DM, leaflets, other on/offline activities) for this years calendar windows.

· Develop mid/long-term communication strategy based on in-depth customer analysis

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor degree plus at least 5 years of CRM marketing experience
2. Master degree and Retail experience are preferred
3. Strategic thinking with execution excellence.
4. High levels of collaborative and influencing skills
5. Flexibility, fast learner, and sense of urgency
6. High passion with strong commitment.
7. Proactive and Assertive
8. A commercial orientation
9. Strong analytical skill.
10. Ability to communicate in English (verbal/written)
