Production Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage production team
- Produce/ control the production within a good lead time, quality, productivity and cost within target.
- Create immediate action/ Log term action plan to improve/ maintain all performances' s aspects.
- Monitor/ follows up all incoming new products, new processes and new flow implementation by coordinating with Industrial Engineers.
- Observe/ audit and train to all operators to meet the training skill expectation of WI and procedure
- Ensure the reinforcement of ISO 9001 to be maintained consistently
- Ensure safe workplace and environment conditions are compliance with safety standard.
