Senior Employee Relation Officer

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Main responsibility is in charge of employee relations function, handle union relations management and compliance issues.
2. To follow up and up date labour law and investigate company activities to comply with law.
3. To be employer representative in welfare committee or handle union (if necessary).
4. Advise on disciplinary action and consult line supervisors on all issues involving manufacturing employees on a wide range of issues, including discipline issues.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, HRM, Political Science, Laws or related field.
2. At least 5 years experience Employee Relation .
3. Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law including regulation and negotiation with Labor Union.
4. Good business English skill, both of writing and speaking.
5. Computer literacy in Ms. Office.
