Responsibilities:
Establishing marketing strategies, marketing plans and related departmental budgets
Managing and implementing established strategies and plans
Increasing productivity and continuously improving methods and approaches
Identifying and developing new markets and segments
Conducting market research and analysis
Identifying and developing marketing channels
Establishing incentive schemes
Communicating with customers; customer-focused product development and outreach
Supervising and liaising with external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors
Developing brand collateral, brochure materials and presentations
Creating and updating brand standards
Preparing marketing / PR materials for different types of media
Developing and implementing Internet and social media strategy
Participating in creative works, website and social media development, designing product packaging
Managing, coaching, and developing the marketing force
Conducting market visits
Preparing reports and other documentation
Organizing product launches and communication around products
Organizing promotion and advertising campaigns
