Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Receive customer requirement and respond promptly
- Educate relevant information of company products and services
- Process all step and documents related to the sales activities in time
- Communicate with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Handle and resolve customer problem and complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Submit monthly activity reports to the manager
- Maintain customer databases
- Work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male or Female, 22-38 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Engineering, Aviation Management or related fields
3. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
4. Good command of English communication
5. Work well under pressure
6. Able to juggle several projects simultaneously
7. Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
9. Able to drive
