HR Supervisor (Recruitment)
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Build a database of contacts with outside recruiters (Job Agencies, Head Hunters, etc) that are able to supply Rider & Driver candidates for pick-up and delivery teams, as well as other job vacancies.
Ensure for the process improvements to enhance recruitment activities, attracting talent and driving positive employment for good candidates from the express & logistics industry
Conduct the 'Pipe Line recruitment' program to support the business growth and large expansion.
Build a database/ talent pool of candidates for the positions of Drivers & Riders making up about max 10% of total Rider/ Driver workforce and IC (Independent Contractors on a yearly renewable contract) making up about 70 to 80% of the total workforce.
Conduct new hire orientation, administer end of probation period review and staff confirmation.
Initiate recruitment strategic, promotion or activities for recruitment such as career exhibition, and job fair.
