HR Manager
-Manage overall in HR role.
-Assist the HR Director to set HRM/HRD strategy and execution plan serve with company expansion and fast moving business ensuring the expected competency level of associates meet the business requirements and trends.
-Well rounded in all aspects of HRD function: able to translate HRD policies and strategies into implementation such as training & development programs, career development plan, talent management & succession plans.
-Drive core HR programs (Performance & Development Appraisal), Balanced Scorecard & KPI, OD, Competency-gap analysis, excellent performing culture, etc.)
-Analyze and summarize all information, make report and presentation to the HR Director.
-Analyst problem and propose the proper solutions in terms of HRM/HRD function.
-Create and execute ER plan, and CSR & recreation activities.
-Supervise and coach colleague as a team leader
