1. In charge of responsible for the local purchasing and day to day support functions related to Operation Department. While doing so, he/she will keep abreast of the changing market environment and of work methods and to implement change as required in line with companys goals.
2. Development, implementation, control and review purchasing systems and work methods within the company for productivity (Efficiency & Effectiveness) ; and to enable a system of checks and balances and good management practices to exist.
3. Responsible for the local purchasing process in consultation with the manager and marketing & Sales section.
4. Ensure procurement shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution are performed in an efficient (stock) manner. (Alternative economical delivery services of third-party need to be maintain to achieve targeted operation cost.
5. Takes precautions to secure stock and warehouse contents against loss.
