Quality Assurance Manager
Key responsibilities:
1. Determine, negotiate and agree in-house quality procedure, standard and/or specification.
2. Assess customer requirement and ensuring that these are met.
3. Investigate and set standard of quality control.
4. Specify quality requirements of raw and packaging materials with supplier, ensure that suppliers comply with agreed standard.
5. Ensure that manufacturing process comply with standard at both national and international level.
6. Ensure full compliance to GMP, quality standard, regulatory guideline.
7. Investigate quality complaints and recommend corrective actions.
8. Monitor, audit and support the sanitary process.
9. Create a system that identify, educate, track and communicate quality issues and their solution.
10. Analyze data and evaluate products and technology to educate and provide recommendation to management team members.
11. Establish training program to all company employs in the area of quality assurance and sanitation that will install and foster a quality first attitude company wide.
12. Continuously review, document, maintain and improve quality, work method, tools, technology and process.
13. Supervise and manage laboratory staffs.
14. Implement employee monitoring and testing procedure to measure and validate progress of individual employee in QA department.
