Generate new customer leads and develop new business, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales revenue targets
Develop specific sales opportunities and plans to enable appropriate sales approaches & proposals
Maintains sales team job results by counseling, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Manage & retain establish relationships as well as developing new accounts
Analyzing market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities, formulating target market, monitor activity and developing and implementing appropriate response strategies.
Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new account.
Managing and coordinating all the companys food ingredients business, visiting main distributor/customers.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales target.
Preparing plans, administering budgets in accordance with company strategies and target.
