Customer Service Representative (Car & Limousine Rental Service)
Thailand leading online travel website. We are seeking for an active and suitable qualified candidates for the Customer Service Representative(Car & Limousine Rental Service) to :
- Handle local and overseas incoming calls
- E-mail correspondent to customer
- Generate quotations, invoices, and all other documents related to the sales activities and maintaining respective files
- Ensure that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures
- Follow up activity arising from customer
- Record all daily customers orders in data base
- Co-ordinate with related parties
- Manage and maintain good relationships with customers
- Submit monthly report to section manager
