Training Senior Officer
Responsible for planning and controlling technical skill training as in the master plan for production member. Create special training such as KM (Knowledge management)
- Provide training need analysis for each position.
- Set skill matrix for each position by training need analysis making.
- Find the development method for lesson and evaluation.
- Plan retraining schedule for employees.
- Provide and monitor working process video and participate in correcting with production line.
- Control and manage production technical knowledge (KM).
- Provide training material that suitable with each production process such as handbook, manual, or video.
- Control and monitor new employees orientation.
- Conduct and control basic program training schedule for new employees such as basic turbocharger,
- Provide system training course such as basic TPM, Kaizen, 5S activity, and special training such as technical or special knowledge.
- Support and supervise team and subordinates
