Provide support via telephone / email to end-users facing SAP SRM problems (SRM PR creator, approver, suppliers, etc.)
Perform SAP SRM related administrative activities as assigned to ensure smooth operation
Provide report of frequent SAP SRM problems for supervisor to further analysis of preventive actions / improvement
Perform detective, corrective, preventive, and improvement actions as required or as agreed with supervisor
