Human Resources Manager
1. As business partner with Line Management Team, delivers
effective services in Human Resources and general support to
align with the business goal and direction.
2. Performs full spectrum in Human Resources Development in
policy deployment and implementing HR strategies,
interventions and programs to enhance employees capability
at all level to high performance culture.
3. Ensures recruiting strategies, tools & methodologies, active
system and processes are implemented through best-fit
manpower policy.
4. Provides advice, coaching and building effective working
relations with management and employees to ensure they are
well aligned with business delivery.
5. Leads initiatives and employee activities to encourage all
employees awareness in all internal and external Quality
Management System ; BQM, ISO9001, ISO14001, IFS, BRC
and etc.
6. Liaises with the Government in whatsoever form of recruitment
and development documentation and requirement handling.
