Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage full financial of P&L accountability i.e. forecasting, actual sales, cost analysis, budgeting
Ongoing business development to deliver on business growth, sales generation & raising brand awareness
Achieve KPIs including cost targets, service levels and delivery sales and target
Manage overall costs including equipment efficiencies, waste, direct labor and materials
Generate revenue through effective marketing strategies, LSM planning and carryout the plan
Responsible for making and implementing promotional strategies to increase sales volume & achieve maximum customer satisfaction for existing Restaurants & new Openings
Handle multiple stores and ensure smooth and uninterrupted function of stores
Ensure profitability of operations and supervise all aspects of product management, monitoring food production to ensure compliance with quality & hygiene standards
Develop and implement procedures, control systems for maintaining hygiene and quality standards
Maintain various MIS reports, analyze and identify areas of opportunity
Liaison with Government officials / environmental bodies (if required) for legal permissions/licenses
Quality compliance and working for quality improvement in consultation
Ensure high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with in-house and potential guests to understand their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly
Conduct staff meeting at periodic intervals and ensure motivation of the team. Keep Fun at work culture alive
Conducting regular weekly meetings with the team for better results as well for concerns
People Management, continuous Training of employees
Guiding, mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in operations & meeting of individual & group target
Imparting appropriate training on Food preparation, Service Excellence to restaurant and s
