Assistant HR & Administration Manager Manufacturing in Chonburi
ob Role:
Responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for job openings to meet business needs typical assignments may include keeping abreast of competitive market practices and conditions
Manage vendor relations/partnerships, implementing global/regional talent acquisition policies and programs
Oversee workforce planning, utilization and related staffing and manpower reports
Maintain the recruitment process and employees profile are effectively put in systems
Prepare the evolution and staff mobilization reports for oversea staff recruitment cases
Support and give recommendation to related parties in terms of the application of Thai Labour Laws that effect in all HR & Administration practices
Plan, design and evaluate the employee compensation and benefits schemes and support practices
Responsible for developing procedures for and supervising the preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll cheque/direct deposits, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments
Support all employee communication events and administrative function in order to ensure a smooth HR operations and employee services
