To design and develop Benefits strategies; policies and programs taking into account the corporate business needs and market practice.
To drive the implementation of Benefits systems and operational process.
To establish monitoring mechanism and management systems to govern the compliance and effective operation of the policies; systems and processes, and provide practical guidance as appropriate.
To design and promote employee engagement activities in alignment with company brand strategy and core values
To identify and develop the practical communication channel to promote the benefits program and HR activities.
