Business Development Manager
Site Management
-Oversee&support Site Supervisor (ID) on the management of construction on site
-Oversee Napis MEP team on the construction Works for MEP works on site
-Oversee the day to day construction operations on site.
-Site Coordination between Napis works & Hotel's sub-contractor works (Carpet, Kitchen Equipment Supplier,lighting fixture supplier) at the Grand Club Lounge
-Monitor the fabrication of built-ins & loose furniture with factory
-Laise with Napis Head Office on the material proceurment for the construction on site.
-Laise with Napis Head Office on the sub-contractor proceurment for the construction on site.
-Monitor on the delivery of Material to site
-Prepare monthly progress claim for the construction workl
-Review Sub-contractors progress cliam and certify payment.
-Track&monitor construction progress in preparation for viriation work claims & abortive works claims
-Track & monitor construction progress of sub-contractor in preparation for evaluation their progress claims as well as additional works claims
-Review & negotiation with QS consultant on the VO claims
-Review& Support QS at Napis Head Office on the preparation of VO/additional works claims
-Quality Assurance & Quality Control
-Prepare Construction Schedule& track construction progress
-Review with Project Consulant & designer during site inspection & consolidate comments to review with Napis Design team & Factory Team
Design Scope
-Follow-up with Project Consultant on shop drawing approval.
-Follow-up with Project Consultant on Material Approval
-Review site condition with Project Consultant & Napis Survey Team and assist Napis Design Team in preparation of Site survey drawings
-Advice factory on the loose furniture & built-in comments from design
-Follow-up with Factory on the production & delivery to site
Handover
-Ensure that the construction is handover with High Quality Standards
-Prepare As-Built Drawings & O&M Manuals and hand over to Project
