Lead Auto insurance Agent and team and drive to achieve the target
Exploring newly potential customers & following up on existing customers.
Responsible for acquiring new Agent
Doing documentation job such as filing, submitting quotation, submitting internal P/O and etc on time
Planning sales strategies, job & finding the forecast order from customer.
Work closely with Insurance company on the campaign planning to get the competitive deals and communicate through the team
Cooperating with the marketing team in all campaigns and develop plan for new channel and new Agent
Daily lead work with team and lead agent to ensure the campaign implement well
