HRD Supervisor
Main Responsibilities
Identify Human Resource Development System and perform to be the master plan of the company
Propose individual development program (IDP) for each employees to fill up competency gap and coordinate required training activities
Organize and coordinate training and development activities (both internal & external) based on the training and development plan including scheduling, preparing training materials and maintaining a master schedule of training programs, courses, activities, and other facilities.
Evaluate and analyze training and development feedback and report to Superior
Assist the Superior to develop or improve Human Resource Management System of the Company
Implement HRD operations such as training program, career development, talent management
