GM / AGM / Supervisor / Team leader for new club (True Spa, True Est, True Fitness)
- Responsible to manage Membership Consultants.
- Responsible to provide sales training to Membership Consultants; to ensure continuous coverage and efficient service delivery.
- To ensure members and guests receive a quality, personalized service experience.
- To optimize club sales profit through the maximizing sales/service training.
- Responsible to establish revenue targets. Responsible for tracking and monitoring monthly sales results.
- To ensures Membership Consultants complete daily checklists and hourly walkthroughs.
- To ensures Membership Consultants complete daily checklists and hourly walkthroughs.
- Supervise and manage the Membership Consultants up to disciplining.
- Attend to members complaints/requests and provide solutions to meet customer satisfaction.
- Prepare work schedules for Membership Consultants from time to time.
- Prepare relevant reports and statistics. Prepare yearly budget for next fiscal year.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager on regular intervals for any improvements and ensure Membership Consultants to work with the CSOs smoothly so as to increase the companys sales and minimize complains from members.
- Occasionally recommend appropriate membership packages and securing of membership sales.
