- Assist manager to develop and implement business plan, sales forecasting, marketing activities plan
- Develop new customer accounts and to grown the oversea distribution channels
- Participates in offering ideas and suggestions to management.
- respond to sales inquiries and handle orders up until shipment and payment, inclulding coordinating sourcing and manufacturing at factory to facilitate customers' requirement
- Handle all complaints from the customers and initially solve the problem, negotiate and get the solution for customers.
Correspond daily with customers and sales force via phone and e-mail
Preparing task/status follow-up/update reports to managers.
Coordinate export shipments, expediting when necessary
Review Letters of Credit as necessary
Generate proforma invoices
Quote stock availability and prices
Communicate with management regarding any irregular issues/concerns observed in territories under export responsibility on a continuous basis
Advise and assure compliance with company and department policies via written correspondence on credit, warranty and technical requests, etc.
Pro-actively interact and negotiate with forwarders on behalf of the customer
