Deliver customized presentations and communications to customers to share & develop technical knowledge
Provide demos on advanced technologies with resellers & end-users
Identify and engage appropriate post-sales support resources
Develop PoC, including presentation and documentation of test results
Present technical components of Cisco solutions to customer
Collaborate with Product-marketing and Technical Support Sales team
Stay current on Cisco latest network technologies ( Networks )
Support partners with technical requirements on Projects
Interact with Product Manager to learn about new products and identify new solution opportunities
Develop an advanced understanding of the various types of architectures and how theyre interconnected
Ensure the features, benefits, and architectural impact of Cisco technology are understood and valued
Position the appropriate Cisco services for customers to consider when deploying a technology solution
Establish advanced knowledge in Routing & Switching and Networking Platform Design
