Customer Service Specialist
* Supports customers requirements and provides service to meet customer expectations.
* Manages response and support to customers, in terms of shipment requests or any issues.
* Coordinates between liners, Customs Brokerage, Ocean operation and transportation team to arrange booking instructions and picking-up/delivery of goods and send all confirm to customer.
* Manages response and controls proper handling of incoming/outbound shipments and documentation for selected customers.
* Acts as contact person for overseas and Control Tower in terms of supporting, providing information and ensuring smooth shipments
* Controls and updates all customized systems for customers
* Track and Trace the shipments to ensure the shipments are delivered/received as requirement (on-time delivery)
* Issues notifications to customers in case of any irregularities, discrepancies, disputes or shipment status changes.
* Administers any customer complaints or feedback, documents it and escalates information to superior for advice and resolution for corrective action/preventive action if necessary.
