Senior Project Management Section Manager
1. Manage and control the implementations, via outsourced consultants, of new build, image-enhancement, re-concept, relocation, and closure by:
· Liaison with relevant parties to proceed construction work as planned
· Prepare budget and submitting to the superior for approval
· Review the drawings prepared by designer
· Organize the procurement and prepare report to superior for supplier selection; tender analysis and evaluation, and prepare construction contract
· From time to time, inspect construction works at site to ensure everything has been conducted and conformed to engineering standard and good practice
· Handover construction work finished to Operations and co-sign for confirmation with supplier
· Verify payment and invoice of supplier to ensure its correctness and completeness
· Claim contracted suppliers of job delays, if any
2. Ensure all building systems are functioned effectively and accordingly to the design
3. Re-inspect to rectify works at site, once the warranty period met, before transfer responsibility to other departments
4. Attend the monthly construction meeting chaired by Head of Department in order to be informed of new companys policies, departments work performance, work progress, operational problems, to find sound solutions
5. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
