QA Section Manager (Supply Quality)
1. Audit food suppliers according to Yum! STAR audit program.
2. Continuously improve suppliers performances by providing full supports and training sessions as needs.
3. Develop alternative suppliers for key products including conduct approval audit for new suppliers.
4. Update information in Supplier Website Management (SMW) i.e. STAR Audit Report, Product Specification, KPI report, Product Cutting
5. Work closely with Food Innovation team to optimize the specification and analyze risk assessment related to ingredients, shelf life and packaging of new products.
6. To test run new product at plant and monitor new product quality for the first actual production to ensure product quality and consistency.
7. Ensure the new product quality to conform to specification before delivered to DC.
8. Handle restaurants or customers complaints regarding food safety and quality of raw materials, packages, delivery processes, etc.; co-ordinates with concerned personnel to solve problems with sound solutions. Summarize the product quality non-conformance monthly.
9. Manage PQNC (Product Quality Non-conformance) for cross brands and provide solutions to reduce no. of issues from suppliers.
10. Set up product cutting session (quality evaluation) with key suppliers.
11. Train CER specialist team about product quality and how to do product cutting.
12. Prepare supply quality monthly report.
13. Attend monthly department meeting.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
