Forecasting the requirements : preparing the annaul budget, expenditures, analyzing all the the variances 5. Planning, developing, executing, and evaluating to the marketing communications tools, promotional campaign, sales action to achieve company sales targets. 6. Secure the brand at the right positioning and right image to core targets. 7. Identifying the primary and potential consumer target, market competitors, market landscape analysis and projecting the business market oppportunities. 8. Performing and improving the productivity of teams to fulfill the company and mutual goals.

Trade Marketing Manager

- Collaborates with the National Retail Manager for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of Sales Material and Promotions - Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistic, distribution, and assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions. - Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication. - Collaborates with sales team to turn the selling stories into sales tool to effectively present the brands, the product and the marketing initiatives to their customers - Collaborates with marketing intelligence resource to read and report results of activities and to provide recommendations and forecasts - Supports each sales team in the execution of their training programs - Ensures that the feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales team, customers and stores - Ensures efficient spending of central budget and supervises the trade marketing spending in the subsidiaries
