1) To achieve the main targets are least breakdown and least maintenance cost.
2) Manage and control all staff of engineering team on daily job, weekly job, monthly job and annual job.
3) Plan preventive maintenance for all machine, equipment and other relevant thing. And follow up PM plan within minimum cost and constrained condition.
4) Provide necessary spare parts, materials and tools for follow preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM).
5) To control inventory of all spare part and equipment for smooth operation within proper level.
6) To monitor and control utilities usage daily such as electricity, water and LPG.
7) Prepare annual budget and to control expense.
8) To lead and support installation and project.
9) To ensure that the safety and environment law, operating procedures and standard, company rule are carried out through engineering activities as well as supplies and contractors who under his supervisor.
10) Develop and improve relevant item for cost saving, efficiency increment, compliance the law, etc.
11) Coach and advise engineering staff for good knowledge, skill and attribute.
12) Coordinate with concerned department for smooth operation and work as one team.
13) Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management.
