Handle competitor occupancies and guest review from websites
Sent thank you and birthday e-card to all the guest
Summarize guest comment each month
Update repeated guest and long staying guest (Data,pictures)
Issue Memo for new appointment , incentive and bonus
Making an appointment calendar, meeting schedule
Follow Up action plans, assignments
Issue letters to inform guests in case;
renovation,maintenance,improvement, function etc
Update advertising and keep in file
To contact with foreigner customers by e-mail,telephone ,fax
To manage daily inventory report and sales report.
Provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing sale report and handling information requests.
To perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging meetings and attend in order to record minutes.
Make some translation work for the manager, for written documents or when visiting customers.
Make travel arrangements for trip abroad and coordinate visitor's arrangements.
Contact customers and co-workers abroad on the phone when needed.
Making quotations, memos, reports, letters and other documents.
Supervisor lower level clerical staff..
