Planning Staff

as a core function to provide customer service to the Business Unit (BU) function and Core Function (CF) in Yazaki Japan ; whereby, from a planning aspect, be the facilitator and coordinate to strengthen the Organizations core funtions and the Internal Control activities. Support the develoment of the regional business vision and creation Provide support to the Asean Global Strategies and receive administrative tasks and work accordingly in the team Receive information and direction/tasks from various business planning meetings and follow up until closure internally for each issue Implement structure changes throughout organization such as Matrix organization Internal business process changes to be throughly analyzed/updated and aligned with Asean Working with identifying companywide awareness and engagement , required skill sets and education for special jobs and functions Receive the internal KPI reports from the proper divisions and review the details and countermeasures Receive various tasks and reports requestd and generate responses and closure
