Sr. HR & Safety Supervisor
- Responsible for recruitment, salary & staff benefits, HRM, HR system.
- Learning Organization, Talent Management, Performance Management System; KPIs and Competency, Career development and planning.
- Responsible for a performance appraisal processing development and develop effective tools by BSC, KPIs and Competency.
- Develop staff engagement and support activities to enhance the relationship between employees and the company.
-To ensure the companys rules and regulations in compliance with the labor laws.
- Act as a resource person to the management and employees to interpret companys rules,regulations and human resource policies and assist line management in handling grievance and disciplinary actions.
-Support all corporate policies, procedures, relevant legislations on the role and the business e.g. EH&S policy and procedures, safety management.
- Cooperate with Site Supervisor to examine for gas and addictive substances.
- Response in safety management follows company safety policy.
- Co-operate with insurer and related department in case of an incident.
