Product Manager
1. Acting on decisions and decisions prearrangements respectively for range configuration and future planes of the range. The decisions are coordinated with the department manager.
2. Acting on decisions and decisions prearrangement respectively for new products, possible supplier etc. The decisions are coordinated with the department manger.
3. Responsible range and single products are to be monitored on there complete life circle.
4. Perform market survey and price survey in cooperation with the marketing department.
5. Sales price developing and creation. New product price decisions should be coordinated with department manager and responsible sales manager.
6. Compile of all informations for new products or product chancing. Transfer of documents to translation, graphic and purchase. Check of developed documents and approval.
7. Creation of internal product information and present these to sales.
8. Develop and hold regularly product trainings for sales.
9. Support QA of claims against supplier depends on the case.
10. Implement and maintain the system to achieve Department Objectives and KPI.
11. Communicate product related issues to Sales / Marketing team (IPI, etc.)
12. Distribute any information and communicate to subordinate appropriately.
13. Support activitys task to achieve the HTHS Quality Policy.
14. Involved in the developing of product related sales and marketing strategies.
15. Visit of key accounts customer and help for new product launch by main customer.
16. Perform competitor survey in cooperation with sales department.
