Area Manager
1. Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance, customer service, management control of store, production, employee hygiene, maintenance and general administration are in place and are completed in accordance with Companys policy and procedures.
2. Provides effective leadership to all employees directly or indirectly supervised and ensures that they are properly recruited, selected, trained, motivated and developed.
3. Ensures the commitment of all employees to CHAMPS (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality, Speed. in all stores by:
Ÿ Assisting Restaurant General Managers to develop and implement action plans to improve and maintain excellent product quality; fast, efficient service and clean stores and facilities kept in good repair;
Ÿ Conducting periodic CHAMPSCHECK and CER (Champ Excellent Review evaluations to audit store performance.
4. Optimizes profitability and efficiency of stores under direct supervision by:
Ÿ Building sales through participating in Company marketing programs and training employees in customer service and suggestive selling techniques;
Ÿ Analyzing product, labor and other controllable costs; implementing improvements where needed.
5. Ensure compliance with approved cash control and security procedures.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
