HR Strategy Officer
Together with the Head of Human Resources and Organization develop and implement HR measures that support the accomplishment of the organizations strategic goals and ensure the employees live by the values of the organization
-Analyze current situation of HR to identify effectiveness issues and to identify HR strategies and action plans
-Evaluate effectiveness of implementing HR strategies and action plans
-Coordinate HR projects assigned
-Research latest learning and development methods that lead to greater effectiveness and retention in employees knowledge, skills and abilities
-Develop creative programs and events to ensure a high level of staff satisfaction, including non-financial incentives schemes such as an award for excellent performance or a sponsored participation in a career-related program
-Advices in establishing best practices with respect to the various elements of the remuneration package, including compensation, benefits, pensions and health schemes Main interactions with other functions/ external entities
-Frequent interaction with all personnel within the organization
-Interaction with Corporate Governance and Finance and Control functions
