Senior Accounting Manager
Lead the team of Accounting, Budgeting & report, FB Cost Control and Fixed assets
Responsible for accounting function and preparation of financial report of Impact, subsidiary company and customer (accounting service).
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Monitoring, analyze of cost, expenses and provide information to management.
Develops accounting departmental strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis, and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
Coordinate with Finance department to provide financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information;
Initiate budget and forecasting activities
Minimizes legally required taxes by studying regulations for filing tax returns.
Establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor
