*CALL CENTER PERSONAL ASSISTANT (ENGLISH)
- Receiving phone calls from customers (between 30 50 calls per day)
- Providing services and solutions to customers such as road side service, life style service and emergency service
- Coordinating with suppliers, both local and overseas
- Following up on cases and providing feedback to customers
- Producing reports on calls received
