Maintenance Engineer
1.Maintain and service all machinery; including mechanical and electrical aspects. This may involve longer hours in the event of a machine breakdown.
2. Install and commission equipment and machinery electrically, pneumatically and mechanically
3. Troubleshoot faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a wide variety of situations 4. Carrying out other property / facilities / maintenance duties as required; including:
5. general building maintenance (changing light bulbs, emergency light testing, basic plumbing etc..)
6. Negotiate prices for maintenance/repair work 7. Monitor and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance on various systems within the building such as annual inspection and testing of all electrical systems, desirable
8.Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization,maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
9. Coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments. 10. Drive TPM activity (Planned maintenance pillar driver) to achieve company target include strongly support Autonomous maintenance pillar.
